1 month of individualized programming – $125
This personalized program takes into account the equipment you have access to, your goals, the amount of time you have for training and any limitations you have. This also includes access to Wodify, our workout tracking app.
After your initial assessment (conducted via email), your programming will include 4 days per week programming that you will have access to through our WODIFY app. The workout will post at approximately 3pm the day before your workout. This programming comes from our head coach, Jeff Ernsberger, 2 time Masters Games Competitor.
1 month of garage gym programming – $50
This programming is for those who just want a generalized fitness program that uses minimal equipment that can be found in most garage gyms. This is a 4 day per week program. No expensive bikes or rowers are needed for this. This programming uses barbells, weights, boxes, kettlebells, pull up bar, jump rope and some wall space. This also includes access to Wodify, our workout tracking app. This programming comes from our head coach, Jeff Ernsberger, 2 time Masters Games Competitor.
