This “CrossFit 101” class is for you! Class will meet three days per week (Mon 6:30pm; Wed 6:30pm; Fri 5:30pm) .
ALL OF THIS FOR ONLY $65 PER MONTH!
These one-hour classes are for people with NO or very little experience with working out! The class will focus on learning form, gaining mobility, increasing your skills and endurance by using basic CrossFit movements, in drills and workouts, designed for the true beginner.
This is a learn as you go class that does not require any pre-class to get started! You can stay in this class as long as you want and when you’re ready and comfortable, you can jump into the regular classes.
