REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASS SCHEDULE:

Mon-Fri = 5am 6am 9am 4:30pm 5:30pm 6:30pm but no 6:30pm on Fridays. Saturdays: 8am & our Challenge WOD a 9am that goes till 10:30. Sunday endurance workout at 4:00pm.

Office staffed 4:00 pm. – 7:30 pm Mon-Thur.

Dropping In?

Visiting the beach! We love drop in’s; $20 per day; $45 for the weekend (Fri-Sun); $65 for one week! CLICK HERE! or just come on in about 15 minutes before class to take care of the paperwork! (WE ARE NOW A – 24/7 GYM!) Contact us to get set up with your personal door code!
