Woman’s Only CrossFit Light

10AM-11AM (with a babysitter)

This class is for women only! It is a CrossFit class, with the exception of using heavy barbell movements. The barbell will be utilized, but with minimal weight. This is a learn as you go class that requires no previous CrossFit experience. However, the intensity remains high in this class – when you’re working out you will go hard, just not heavy! This is a great stepping stone to eventually jump into our regular CrossFit class. Plus, this price includes babysitting at no extra charge!!!
