Beginners CrossFit “101”

This “CrossFit 101” class is for you!   Class will meet three days per week (Mon 6:30pm; Wed 6:30pm; Fri 5:30pm) .

THE GOAL OF THIS CLASS IS TO PREPARE YOU FOR THE REGULAR CLASSES WHICH ARE ALL INCLUSIVE; in other words and  MOST IMPORTANTLY,  each individual is working at their current level of fitness! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN… you work at your speed; within your intensity level; within your strength; within your mobility/range of motion…. !  NOT at everyone elses level but at your level!  This is what makes our program so successfull… each and every athlete and coach want to see you succeed and our success is measured by being “BETTER THAN YESTERDAY”!

ALL OF THIS FOR ONLY $85 PER MONTH! 

These one-hour classes are for people with NO or very little experience with working out! The class will focus on learning form, gaining mobility, increasing your skills and endurance, learning the structure of a CrossFit class, learn the CrossFit terminology; learn how you can do every movement and most of all… prepare the body for the regular classes by using basic CrossFit movements, in drills and workouts, designed for the true beginner.

Classes will be different during the month but then repeated every month (exactly the same) to allow the new people to learn and prepare to move up!

This is a learn as you go class that does not require any pre-class to get started! You can stay in this class for up to 3 months before starting the regular classes or spend just one month, it’s entirely up to you!

NOTE: If you have several months of CrossFit experience at a certified CrossFit gym.  You may not need these classes to start, just contact us and we can discuss the best way for you to start!
